Pharmacodynamics: tylosin is a truncated pleurotin antibiotic, which has bactericidal effect on sensitive bacteria at high concentration. Inhibition of bacterial protein synthesis by binding to ribosomal 50S subunit. Tylosin has good antibacterial activity against Mycoplasma and porcine dysentery Treponema, and also has good antibacterial activity against most Gram-positive bacteria including Staphylococcus and Streptococcus (except group D Streptococcus). It has a certain effect on Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, and has weak antibacterial activity against most Gram-negative bacteria. When combined with aureomycin in a ratio of 1:4, this product can treat porcine bacterial enteritis, bacterial pneumonia and treponematous porcine dysentery. It has significant curative effect on pneumonia caused by mycoplasma pneumonia, Bordetella bronchiseptica and Pasteurella multocida mixed infection.

Pharmacokinetics: pigs were well absorbed after oral administration. After single dose administration, the bioavailability was about 85%, and the peak blood concentration was reached in 2 ~ 4 hours.
